Discretion and Privacy: How We Protect Your Details

What data we ask for, why, and how we keep your details private when you book an escort through Pink Society.

Privacy is the first thing most clients ask about, and it is also a legal obligation. This article explains how a reputable agency should protect your information, and how Pink Society does it.

What data an agency collects

To arrange a booking we need only a few details: a name you are happy to use, a way to reach you, the date, time and place of the booking and any practical wishes. We do not need your home address, your employer or copies of your documents to arrange a normal evening.

How long we keep it

Under the Dutch and European privacy rules (AVG/GDPR), personal data may only be kept as long as it is needed. We keep booking details for as long as is required for administration, invoices and legal obligations, and then delete them. You can ask us what is stored and ask for it to be removed.

Who can see it

Only the people who need to arrange your booking can see your details. We do not sell, share or publish client information. We share what is needed with the companion for safety and practical reasons, such as the meeting place and time, but no more.

Discreet communication

We use neutral email subjects and sender names. Invoices can carry a neutral description, such as hospitality or event company services, when you ask. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask to receive them.

Your website visit

This website uses only the cookies it needs, and further cookies only with your consent. You can read what we use on the cookie page. We do not track you across other websites.

Payment privacy

Payment methods are agreed in advance. Receipts and invoices show only what is needed. We never ask for your card PIN or online banking login details. If anyone asks for those on our behalf, it is not us.

What you can do

  • Use a private device and a private connection.
  • Use an email address you are comfortable with.
  • Tell us if you have specific privacy wishes. We will respect them.
  • Ask what we store, and ask to have it deleted when you no longer need us to hold it.

Our promise

Respect for privacy is part of how we work. Read more on the About page and in our privacy policy. If you have questions or requests about your data, send them through the contact page.
