Terms and Conditions

Version October 2026. These terms apply from the day we open for bookings.

Please read these terms before you send an enquiry. They explain how Pink Society works with you, in plain language. If anything is unclear, ask us before you book.

1. Who we are

Pink Society is a trade name of [company name B.V.], based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. In these terms, “we” means Pink Society, “you” means the person who makes an enquiry or booking, and “companion” means the adult who attends the meeting.

2. What we do

We arrange time with an adult companion for dinners, events and quiet evenings. Everything that happens during a meeting is agreed between adults, is voluntary and stays within Dutch law. Either person can stop the meeting at any time and for any reason.

3. Who can book

  • You must be 18 or older. We may ask you to show valid ID before a meeting.
  • Our companions are 21 or older. We check identity and age for every companion in person.
  • We may decline any enquiry or client without giving a reason.

4. Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing. The confirmation states the date, time, place, duration, price and any extra costs. Please read it and tell us at once if something is wrong.

5. Prices and extra costs

Prices are the ones in your written confirmation. Extensions, travel costs and other extras are agreed with you before they apply. Our guide to rates explains what usually affects the price.

6. Payment

  • We tell you in the confirmation how and when to pay.
  • Pay only to the account or payment link that comes from us. Never send money to a personal account, even if someone asks you to.
  • If you do not pay on time, we may cancel the booking.

7. If you want to change or cancel

Tell us as early as you can. The notice period and any cancellation fee are written in your confirmation. We are more flexible with early notice than with late notice, because a companion reserves the time for you and often cannot fill it again. A no-show or a cancellation at the last minute may be charged in full. If plans change for reasons outside your control, such as a delayed flight, tell us and we will look for a fair solution. Read more in our cancellation and payment guide.

8. If we need to change or cancel

We may change or cancel a meeting if a companion is ill, if safety is at risk, or for reasons outside our control. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer another time or a refund of what you paid for that meeting.

9. Conduct and safety

  • Treat everyone with respect.
  • Do not pressure anyone. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Do not record, photograph or share images of a companion without written permission.
  • Do not come under the influence of drugs or too much alcohol.
  • Arrive clean and on time.

We may end a meeting at once if these rules are broken. In that case the agreed price stays payable.

10. Meeting places

We prefer public, well-lit places such as a restaurant or hotel bar. We may refuse a place if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable. See our suggested places.

11. Privacy and confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential. We use your personal data only to arrange your meeting and to meet our legal duties, as described in our privacy policy. We share data only when the law requires it or when it is needed to keep someone safe.

12. Arranging through us

To keep everyone safe and clear on the terms, meetings are arranged through Pink Society. Please do not ask a companion to arrange meetings outside the agency.

13. Our website

The texts, images and logo on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

14. Liability

We take care to deliver what we promise. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as travel disruption, and we do not accept liability for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, for example for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

15. Complaints

If something went wrong, tell us as soon as possible and give your booking details. We will look into it and answer you in writing. If we cannot agree, either side may bring the matter to the competent Dutch court.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in force when we confirmed your booking.

17. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all bookings.
