Why Schiphol and Amstelveen

Our agency is based in Amstelveen, only minutes from the airport. That means we can meet you close to your hotel without a long trip into the city. You save time, and the evening stays relaxed.

A drink in a hotel bar

A hotel bar is a good first meeting place. It is quiet, comfortable and easy to find, and it feels natural. The hotels around Schiphol, Hoofddorp and the Zuidas have bars that work well for a first drink or a conversation. Choose a corner table, and let us know the hotel name and time.

If you only have a few hours

Tell us your flight times, so that we can plan around them. A short evening is possible, but the minimum duration in our terms still applies. Allow time for traffic, security and check-in, and do not cut it close if you have an early flight.

If you have the whole evening

With more time, you could go for dinner in Amstelveen or Amsterdam, which is about twenty minutes away by taxi. A longer evening also lets you relax properly, instead of watching the clock.

Hotel visitor policy

Some hotels do not permit visitors in rooms, or only until certain hours. Check the policy before you invite anyone to your room. A public bar or restaurant is always a safe choice for a first meeting.

Travelling from abroad

If you are visiting from outside the Netherlands, contact us a few days before you arrive. Give your flight dates, hotel area and preferred language. We confirm in writing, so that you have everything before you travel.

Discretion for business travellers

Colleagues and clients may stay in the same hotel. We use neutral communication and can meet you in a public place. Invoices carry a neutral description when you ask for it. Read more in our article for business travellers.
