Longer Stays and Travel Companion

A full day, a weekend or a trip

Some visits need more than an evening. A day in the city, a weekend away, a trip within the Netherlands or abroad: Pink Society arranges a companion for longer stays, planned together and agreed in writing beforehand.

We work with companions 21+. Every booking is by mutual consent, between adults, and the companion decides whether she or he accepts it.

How a longer stay works

  1. Tell us the dates, where you would like to go and the kind of time you have in mind.
  2. We need more notice for longer bookings, so enquire early.
  3. We suggest a companion and agree the plan: dates, places, travel and hotel arrangements and the total.
  4. Everything is confirmed in writing before the booking. The companion confirms in advance that she or he is happy with the plan.

The companion’s comfort comes first

  • She or he has her or his own room or personal space if requested.
  • She or he has time to rest, and breaks are agreed beforehand.
  • Travel and hotel costs are agreed before the booking.
  • A companion can say no to a plan, and either side can end the booking at any time.

Travelling in the Netherlands or abroad

Within the Netherlands, trains from Schiphol and Amsterdam reach most cities quickly. Abroad, you are responsible for passports, visas and travel documents for yourself, and we confirm with the companion that her or his documents are in order before anything is booked.

Questions about longer stays

How far ahead should I book?

As early as possible. Longer bookings need more planning, and we confirm availability before you decide.

Can the companion travel abroad?

Possibly, if she or he agrees, with documents in order, and when it is agreed in writing beforehand. We tell you early if it is not possible.

Who pays for travel and hotels?

This is agreed before the booking, and we confirm the total with you before you decide.

Is it discreet?

Yes. We keep every enquiry private and reply personally.
